The Enterprise 18i (VoIP) and Enterprise 18d (digital) endpoints are equipped with a six-line display window that can be navigated using either eight menu soft keys or the ePod (Easy Point of Decision) access tool.
The Enterprise 12i (VoIP) and Enterprise 12d (digital) endpoints also are equipped with a soft key menu. These navigation enhancements change dynamically based on state and provide quick access to features
