Connect gives the user more
control over calls than an ordinary phone, including a personal phonebook,
speed dial, and keystroke shortcuts. Up to ten calls can be received

conference calls, and call screening occur on the desktop, with the click of
a mouse. And the integrated TAPI service provider enables the use of

Telecor Attendant Software is a powerful application for the primary
answering position that enables businesses to manage heavy phone traffic

integrating the receptionist console with a PC,
easily moving between windows to route incoming calls.
In addition to incoming calls, the screen shows extension activity and
transfer progress. Attendant messaging allows a short text message to be
transferred with each call. Special on-screen call handling buttons such as
park, transfer, and hold simplify operations.
Between calls, the receptionist can work in other Windows®-based
applications, moving between windows with a simple point and click to route
