Telecor Connect, CTI station application, integrates full telephone functionality into a PC.

Connect gives the user more control over calls than an ordinary phone, including a personal phonebook, speed dial, and keystroke shortcuts. Up to ten calls can be received simultaneously. At the same time, operator functions such as transfers, conference calls, and call screening occur on the desktop, with the click of a mouse. And the integrated TAPI service provider enables the use of off-the-shelf applications for screen pops and customer database interaction.
