How to set your time

The ECS system has the ability to automatically provide Daylight Savings Time changes. However, in software releases prior to version 2.10 (January 2007), the changes follow the old Daylight Savings Time standard.

To adjust the clock settings on ECS systems running software releases prior to 2.10, perform the following steps from an attendant station:

1) Press the Speaker button SPKR
2) Wait for the dial tone
3) Press the Feature button FEAT then dial 6 + 4
4) Dial the time in military time H H : M M
5) Wait for a confirmation tone
6) Press the Speaker button SPKR

Iwatsu Voice Networks provided an update to the ECS system with the release of version 2.10 to accommodate the New Daylight Savings Time dates. All software versions 2.10 and higher provide for the new time change. Contact your dealer with questions about which software
version was installed in your system.


ADIX-VS, ADIX-APS and ADIX Systems

From the Operator DSS when idle:

Press [ICM] + [FEAT] + [6] + [4] 
Enter the time [HH MM] using the 24 hour military clock 
Press [SPKR]

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that all ADIX Systems supported the Daylight Savings Time change based upon the prior standard. Therefore, the feature to enable daylight savings time should be set to disable in order to prevent these systems from changing the system time based
upon the old Daylight Savings Time schedule.

 

Avaya/Lucent Partner Telephone System

Must be done from extension 10 or 11.
  1. Press Feature and dial 00.
  2. Press the left intercom button twice.
  3. To set the time, press # and dial 103. Enter the correct time using a 24-hour format.
  4. To set the date, press # and dial 101. Enter the correct date using MMDDYY format.
  5. Press feature and dial 00 to save.

Vodavi Starplus STS System

System Time/Date must be set by the first programmed Attendant via admin programming or using feature code 692.

To set using the feature code:
  1. Dial [692] on the dial pad. A confirmation tone will sound.
  2. Enter date and time as follows: YYMMDDHHMM
  3. YY = Year (00-99)
  4. MM = Month (01-12)
  5. DD = Day (01-31)
  6. HH = Hour (00-23)
  7. MM = Minute (00-59)
  8. When the correct number of digits are entered, a confirmation tone will sound.
  9. Press the ON/OFF button to OFF to update the display.

 Omega-Phone 924 is system

System Time

1. Enter System Programming from a digital station:

􀂃 Press the Feature key and dial # *.

􀂃 Enter the default password: 000000

􀂃 Press show.

2. The blank screen that appears on the phone

Dial 4 1 5 and press show

Press show again

Enter the current date and time using the following method:

􀂃 Press chg and enter the year.

􀂃 Press save.

􀂃 Press next.

􀂃 Press chg and scroll through to select the

current month.

􀂃 Press next.

􀂃 Press chg and enter the current day of the

month 01-31.

􀂃 Press save.

􀂃 Press next.

􀂃 Press chg and scroll through to select the

current day of the week.

􀂃 Press next.

􀂃 Press chg and enter the hour (24 hour format).

For example: 1:00pm is entered as 13:00.

􀂃 Press save.

􀂃 Press next.

􀂃 Press chg and enter the minutes 00-59.

􀂃 Press save.

􀂃 Press next.
